David received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University in 2004. He has worked on numerous commercial projects in the healthcare, hospitality, corporate, and technology sectors over his two decades in the industry. His experience includes several historical rehabilitation projects in Cleveland, and elsewhere in the country. David also serves as the Chair of the Lyndhurst Board of Zoning Appeals, where he has been a member of since 2017.

David enjoys the challenges each project brings with it. He appreciates the process of discovering the creative solutions needed to resolve them. With a particular interest in building codes, he has focused his continuing education efforts towards expanding this knowledge set to better serve clients and educate his fellow co-workers.

David spends his free time with his wife, two daughters, and dog. He enjoys the occasional whiskey tasting with friends and has curated quite the collection, earning him the title of “whiskey guru."
