Kevin Oliver

Kevin received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University in 2001. Over the past two decades he has developed a variety of projects for commercial and residential clients, focusing on adaptive reuse and interior alterations.

Kevin believes the best way to start a project is by sketching and drawing. He likes to start his conceptual visions and iterations by hand (or the iPad these days) and then move into more definitive media types like CAD and building models. Kevin sees benefit to the tension between meeting a client’s needs and pushing them a bit out of their comfort zone. Whether that be functionally or aesthetically, it always produces a successful final product.

Like a whole host of Architects, Kevin imagines he can paint and makes sure to spend at least 3-4 days per year pretending this is the case. None of these will ever see the light of day, of course.
