Little Italy Townhomes

In Cleveland's historic little italy, we've taken the opportunity to design a new 20,000 square foot 14 unit apartment building.  Scale and traditional elegance were important factors that drove our design.  Working with long standing clients, our intent was to blend the new construction with the character and feel of the old neighborhood while providing new housing for the surrounding health-tech corridor.
